What's Cookin'? 3/19/12

Curry-Lemon Tilapia
 This past Friday, I cooked breaded fish for the first time. It was surprisingly easy and didn't take long to cook! It was Tilapia with flour, egg, bread crumbs, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Thyme, and lemon juice. I had to improvise the recipe a bit, but it came out tasting great. A perfect balance of all the spices! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of it before we ate, but I'll take one the next time I make it and edit it into this post. In the meantime, here's the recipe I used, made by Rachel Ray.
