Pumpkin Muffins
They're from a mix, but still very good. I didn't put them in cupcake papers this time, so they basically turned into cute, mini pumpkin bread loafs! All it was was the mix, two eggs, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, and 1/2 cup of water, but what should have been a dozen ended up being 10. Luckily, Jaxy is going to teach me how to make them from scratch, so I can make them year round! Groceries sell pumpkin puree all year long, right?I should have some more meals to show you coming up soon! If you have any suggestions for me to try, please post a comment. I'm open to any kind of food! :)
