Pumpkin MuffinsThey're from a mix, but still very good. I didn't put them in cupcake papers this time, so they basically turned into cute, mini pumpkin bread loafs! All it was was the mix, two eggs, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, and 1/2 cup of water, but what should have been a dozen ended up being 10. Luckily, Jaxy is going to teach me how to make them from scratch, so I can make them year round! Groceries sell pumpkin puree all year long, right?
