My Birthday & the Reno trip!

I just got back from my vacation at 10am on Monday, one week went by too quickly! Aaron, Carley, her girlfriend, and I did so much while Aaron and I stayed with them. Lots of driving too, thank goodness we drove there instead of flew. lol Here are lots of pictures!


For starters, my birthday! I woke up to Aaron giving me a bouquet of gorgeous flowers in all colors, he's so sweet.

After that, my sister and I made birthday cupcakes and used the leftover mix for a small birthday cake loaf.

They were angel food cupcakes with chocolate pudding as the "frosting" and rasberries.

After making the cupcakes, Aaron and I made dinner together! It was curry seasoned salmon with noodles and stir fried vegetables. I accidentally put too much ginger into it, but it was great for a first try.

Oh my God, it's been 2 weeks!?

I've been so busy, I haven't realized how much time has passed since my last post! I may as well update you again and try to remember to post more often.


So I finally got my new HTC Evo 4G almost a week ago, and I have to say I love it! The camera quality is amazing, plus with the additional front-facing camera, I can use the Skype app to video chat my dad from across the country. I haven't gotten a new piece of technology, other than my PS3, since 2008 or so, so this is a huge technological jump for me. lol I'll probably post a proper review after I have it for a while longer.

Upcoming Stuff

Today, I dyed my hair a bright red instead of going the natural route again! It looks really good in my opinion. I also dyed Aaron's hair teal! The parts where it was pre-lightened are very vibrant, whereas the parts with his natural brown are a very very dark blue. Here's a photo:

I'm so happy with the result, my favorite color on my favorite person! ♥
