Freedom of speech should include the freedom to use copyrighted material (within reason of course). I highly doubt any of you want to become a felon just because you publicly shared a drawing you made of your favorite copyrighted character, posted on your blog using a copyrighted picture from your favorite movie or show, or made a video for the world to see using copyrighted music.
